Though no one shoe fits the bill to speak (varying reel capacities,ie) these line class weights should do the general trick........................many brands, offer quality Hi-Vis yellow-green lines. Ande's brand is a good over all bet.
Flounder- Main line 6-15 lb test. , tied Carolina Rig style, 3/4-3 oz barrel weights # 1,2, or #4 kayle style hooks, snelled to 14" Leader material 10-20 lb test .
Speckled Trout= Main line 8-20 lb test for weighted float style ( Billy Bay, ie) and hand tied weighted bottom fishing rigging styles, gold # 8 trebble hooks, varying pyramid weights 2-4 oz's for bottom style rigging.
Sheepshead- Main line 20-80 lb test. Carolina Rig style drop rig. 3-5 oz Barrel weights above a 40-100 lb leader to which a short shanked #2-#4 hard wire aka live bait hook is snelled.
These are the effective basic rigging's that should offer any specie specific angler a productive opportunity. Many other varying options are available. Tight lines......... Dave
