This Tournament is dedicated to the many talented Lady anglers of all ages who King Mackerel Trolley Fish from Coastal Fishing Piers. If you would like to participate in this historical tournament, please complete this entry form and return it promptly with your entry fees. Once again we expect the tournament to fill quickly, please respond accordingly. Please include your entry payment. No reserves. This is a 1st come/paid/served event. Please sign your completed entry. By signature you’re agreeing to hold Harmless the Owners/Operators and Employees of Ocean Crest Pier/ Ocean Crest Pier of NC Inc., the Tournament Director and his or her Appointees. During Pier House Business hours we will accept entries in person by Check, Money Order & Cash. Please do not send cash or checks by mail. Money Orders by Mail only please! *Tournament pay-out is based on the number of qualifying received paid entries. There won't be enough time for last minute checks to clear the bank and we don't want that valuable cash misdirected in the mail so, no check or cash entries will be accepted by mail. 10 % of all entry fees will be used to provide Tournament anglers with lunch on
July 25th @ 4pm.

"Mailed" entries should be sent to the following address and be received before July 22nd 2010. There are no guarantees that any entry received after July 22nd or in the event all (50) positions are filled by an earlier date that one will qualify as an official entry. Money Orders Accepted by Mail "Only". No charge or personal check entries will be accepted by mail. No entry will be accepted beyond the (50) available positions. Please include your completed entry and payment in the amount of ($50.00) Per Angler! Guaranteed 90 % Pay-out on 50/30/20 % bases. 90% of entry fees collected will apply towards the pay-out for top three qualifying fish (Primary Species- King Mackerel). See rules for a full description of the secondary species which may qualify for primary prize monies in the event less than three (Primary Species- King Mackerel) are caught. The maximum prize pool available to contestants is based off of the total number of paid entrants at ($50 per contestant) of which ($40) will be used for primary cash payouts. Example (50 paid entrants x $40 per entrant= $2000.00)

*In addition donations may be given by contestants during the Sunday Lunch. These funds will be made available to the "Hope Harbor House" a local to Brunswick County and Oak Island, NC Women’s Shelter. They are the sole the benefactors of this year’s event.

The event is open to all female "King Fishers" ages 13-100 no matter their skill levels. Refunds will not be offered for any reason. We wish each of you the very best of luck. Female Children 13-16 may fish the event “Only” if a Female parent or legal guardian over the age of 21 years also fishes the event as a paid entrant.
